Complete gut renovation of a 3 story Park Ave apartment. The 7500 Sq. Ft. project is a complete redesign of the existing residence. Work included structural slab removal, Historic Preservation Commission approval, integration of artwork, floorplan redesign, and all interior millwork and finishes. Owners are prolific art collectors and the placement of specific piece of art was included in the design process.

68 Seat restaurant design. Work included gut renovation of front of house area, and redesign of existing kitchen. The new facade incorporated a mezzanine garden area for fresh herbs and ingredients.

Complete renovation of historic New York City townhouse. New floor layout and spacing required a complete structural rebuild of the townhouse. The front facade was kept for historic preservation reasons and rear facade was rebuilt to better match the new interior layout and style.
Complete renovation of a Soho townhouse. The design included many beautiful moments such as a secluded roof garden, exposed piping, and an above ground pool that is visible from the front entry.
Complete design and build-out of a Brooklyn beer garden. Design included custom window system as well as custom lighting fixtures, all bar fixtures, as well as decorative structural elements.
Renovation of 6 story history townhouse on the Upper West Side of New York City. Project require Landmarks Commission approval and the restoration of the facade. Floor levels were shifted to provide higher ceilings and the basement was excavated 14' to allow for a more usable space.

A gut renovation of a historic Beverly Hills House. Usable area was increased to 16,000 sq ft and a complete rehabilitation of the house was required to bring it to modern standards.
Exclusive private residences at the base of Jackson Hole ski resort. Amenities include full gym, spa, indoor and outdoor pools, indoor and out door hot tubs, sauna, cold plunges, restaurant, and ski valet. Work includes the design of 3 ultra-high end investors units that are 6,500 sf each and the consultation and direction for 23 additional for sale units. Coordinated with Hospitality division on the design of the amenity spaces.
Ground-up 3 unit condos in Santa Monica, CA. Roof/terraces were modeled in archicad to maximize sight lines of the ocean for each unit.
